A Retained Search is an exclusive partnership between firstPRO and our law firm or company client for either a single role or for a multi-search project. The Retained Agreement typically involves either all or a portion of the fee paid upon initiation of the search, which allows both firstPRO and our legal client to be mutually invested. Retained Search work is prioritized within the firm and receives a team of dedicated legal recruiters assigned to the project. Our legal clients receive a complete timeline of the search with attorney candidate delivery dates and a target completion date for the Retained Project.
